Call Center Representative
Ajilon is seeking Call Center Representative for a healthcare client in the Madison area. This is an in-office position that offers growth opportunities to take your career to the next level.
Manage a high volume of inbound calls
Assist customers with provider and physician inquiries and questions
Enter customer demographic data
Document all calls for tracking purposes and follow-up
Update customer contact information and records
1+ year of call center or customer service experience
Great verbal and written communication
Strong data entry and typing skills
Hours: 5 days, 40 hours a week. Different 8 hour shifts are available ranging from 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Sunday.
Location: In office position
Work Type: Contract-to-hire
Pay: $16.00 an hour
