Call Center Representative
Ajilon is partnering with a client in the Naperville, Illinois area to hire ONSITE Call Center Representatives on a contract-to-hire basis. The person right for this role will be able to handle a high level of professionalism while communicating with customers via email and phone and be able to provide timely feedback to the management team regarding concerns or disappointments. Respond to customer order inquiries and concerns as needed through email/phone
Handle a high-volume of calls daily from customers
Responsible for order entry into the company’s database
Miscellaneous administrative duties as pertains to the role
Be fluent in English and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to customers
Excellent listening skills
Typing 35 WPM or more
Customer service oriented
Be punctual and have EXCELLENT attendance record
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
2 – 3 years telephone-based call-center or customer service experience
Data Entry experience
Salesforce knowledge a bonus!
Hours: Contract-to-hire, full-time Monday-Friday
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Education: HS Degree
