Ajilon is seeking Call Center Representatives for one of our established clients in Bolingbrook, IL. If you have 2 years of customer service/sales experience with some call center experience, this is a great opportunity to work for a company with a positive work culture.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deliver world-class customer service in high volume call center.
Communicating with customers via phone and email in a professional manner.
Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Be fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in order to deliver effective and pleasant customer service via telephone and email
Call center experience and must type 35 WPM+ (candidates must take a typing test)
2-3 years telephone-based customer service/sales experience
Salesforce based system - candidates are not required (preferred)
Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs
Possess excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
Have great attendance and punctuality
Be an excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
Call Center Experience
Start Date: Tuesday, August 10th
Location/Remote: On site in Bolingbrook, IL
Pay Rate/Salary: Tempt to Hire $16.50
HOURS: Training Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
Sunday (8am-5pm) - Thursday (M-TH 10am-7pm)
Tuesday (Tu-F 10am-7pm) – Saturday (10am-5pm)
