Ajilon is partnering with a premiere company in the healthcare industry to fill their open Call Center Representative position in Madison, Wisconsin. To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or a GED. Our client offers career training and advancement, multiple available shift selections and paid training to get your career started off on the right track! This temp to hire position is paying $17 an hour with the opportunity for raises within the first year.
Provide top tier customer care by answering customer questions
Promptly answers the incoming calls and meets all service levels
Performs administrative documentation is database regularly
Commits to shift schedule and duties of the role
Provides consistent, professional, clear communication through email and telephone communication to be considered exceptional service.
Efficient data entry skills with little to no errors into computer data base
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain professionalism at all times
High School diploma or GED
