Your priorities in this Call Center Supervisor role:
Manage, supervise, and inspire team members working to deliver extraordinary customer service.
Share performance enhancement strategies with superiors to create new process-improvement programs.
Teach and lead team tactics and tools to colleagues to help them best serve their role and customers.
Partner with colleagues to find and hire top talent for customer service roles.
We’re looking for:
Three to five years of relatable experience.
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
Open and willing to work non-traditional hours along with occasional weekends.
