Ajilon is seeking a Spanish-speaking Call Center Supervisor located in Neptune, NJ. The position pays $20/hour. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. The company is seeking an individual who is dependable and has 2 years of high-volume call center supervisor experience and a medical/physician billing background. This is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent member of the team, at which point the salary will increase. Responsibilities

  • Organizes, direct, and monitor daily activity of customer service representatives
  • Delegate work load to team and review performance
  • Coach team members to increase call quality
  • Monitors and analyzes productivity of team and completes employee evaluations
  • Creates reports for management
  • Remains professional with customer issues
  • Knows healthcare claims processing including: ICD-9/10, CPT, HCPC codes, and 1500 forms
  • Knows the fundamental concepts in healthcare reimbursement methodologies and revenue cycle
  • Uses GE and Epic workflow systems and other tools available to them
  • Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Adhere to HIPAA and PHI Guidelines

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree 2-4 years equivalent experience
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Must have thorough knowledge of medical billing industry
  • 1-3 years of call center supervisor experience required
  • Ability to clearly interpret and explain EOBs, coinsurance, deductibles, etc.
  • Must have knowledge of Payor/Insurance Benefits
  • Experience with GE Centricity or EPIC PB preferred
  • Leadership skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years equivalent experience
