We are looking for a call center expert that has shown team lead experience for a group of 15 associates or more. The lead will act as a liaison to the call center manager and assist with any training, coaching and guidance to customer representatives.

Lead and coach a representative team of about 15 employees
Oversee schedules this includes new hiring training and performance reviews
Audit calls, emails and web chat responses
Assist the team as a "back up" and answering calls and messages during breaks or when needed
Help meet production and quality metrics
Prepare attendance, production and quality trend reports to upper management
At least one year of leadership experience in a call center
High school diploma
Great communication and troubleshooting skills
Computer efficient - problem solver
Mentor mentality while providing interpersonal skills
Flexible with hours; this company is global and requires "overnights" and weekends with the exception of major holidays
Ability to work a swing shift, start time after 12pm to 4pm
Pay: $18 - $21
