Ajilon is working with a client located near Hamilton, New Jersey to hire Clerical Support. This is a contract position with starting hourly pay between $12.00-15.00.
Primary responsibilities will include gathering, sorting, and organizing files, and assisting with other office needs.

Scan and file documents and update databases
Prepare and organize incoming and outgoing mail
Assist in ordering office supplies and marketing materials
Answer phones and greet guests as needed
Sort files to prepare for shipment and scanning
6+ months of office related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
