Collaborate, problem solve and strategize through situations.
Provide outstanding customer service to individuals from all walks of life.
Handling quotes, stock checks, account management and order processing,
Develop business relationships and maintain long standing relationships.
Assist in completing projects as they are assigned.
2+ years of administrative and customer support experience preferably within the logistics industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience using an ERP, preferably AS400
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
