Answer Customer Service calls and questions or provide information on products.
Process or provide quotations for material.
Inform customers and plant personnel of order status and request changes, when needed.
Work with production control, quality and engineering to ensure customer profiles are updated.
Interact with sales and technical personnel to ensure that customers’ needs are met.
Input new orders and follow order progress through to delivery.
Problem-solve customer issues, research problems and interface with internal manufacturing personnel.
Work with accounting personnel to set up customer credit limits, as required.
Resolve billing issues between customers and accounts receivable.
Review customers' inventories and act necessary to maintain at approved, un-aged levels.
MUST HAVE 1+ years’ experience in the Manufacturing industry
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work both in as a team and independently
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office, (MS word, Excel and outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Problem solver with ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Great Job Stability is a MUST!
$17-$19 an hour
