Client Services Professional

Parker + Lynch is working alongside a well-established, global leader in the FinTech industry and is searching for a Client Service Professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services and banking field with clients. This position will be onsite and is in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

In this role, you are the primary point of contact and the everyday client experience partner for financial institution customers. You are responsible for being the first-line support representative servicing all clients’ tactical and operational inquiries related to the client’s credit card program and solutions to an optimal conclusion.

Essential duties for this role:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for credit clients, providing operational servicing, support, and issue resolution for their credit card solution, as well as its complementary products and services
  • Networking and partnering with various business sectors throughout the organization, and coordinating between the client and internal partners
  • Leading accountability for client-related inquiries as well as the engagement of the appropriate resources to secure a timely and up-to-par resolution 
  • Researching and resolving client inquiries in accordance with defined processes & procedures within service level timeframes with limited supervision
  • Recording the entire lifecycle of inquiries through corrective actions in tracking software
  • Creating knowledge articles and education/training resources to speed up and enhance the servicing experience
  • Helping to service clients via various communication/distribution channels
  • Giving transparency to stakeholders and escalations to leadership as required
  • Contributing to continual improvement initiatives to push automation, efficiencies, quality, and consistency in servicing operations
  • Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the financial services/banking field interacting with clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client and operations support experience
  • Must be capable of following established guidelines to accomplish tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, and sound time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptable to/manageable of rapid change in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability
