Compensation Specialist
Ajilon is actively in search of a Compensation Specialist for one of our best clients in East Hanover, New Jersey!  The Compensation Specialist will be primarily responsible for analyzing and updating compensation programs within the organization.  The candidate chosen for this role will support the Director of Compensation and deliver accurate reporting results.  This is an excellent opportunity to network within a global organization. 
  • Conduct analysis on internal and external salary statistics.
  • Develop and implement an appropriate employee compensation structure based off analytical results
  • Configure pay grades and evaluate new employee titles and ongoing reclassification.
  • Create and apply employee incentive plans to maintain and attract talent.
  • Work with the HR Department to ensure that compensation and bonus programs can compete with other businesses.
  • Support the implementation of compensation projects including market benchmarking and gap analysis for acquisitions by providing data 
  • Prepare compensation package offers for new hires, promotions, lateral moves compliant with internal standards
  • Evaluates existing and newly-created positions to determine placement in the appropriate salary grade
  • Assisting business partners and recruiters with job evaluations and providing recommendations for compensation actions
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of compensation experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience building a compensation structure
  • HRIS system experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Employment Type: Temporary (Long Term), Full-Time
Hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Salary: 30-35 USD per hour
