Contact Center Agents – Madison, WI
Ajilon is partnering with a healthcare client to fill several contract-to-hire open positions for a Contact Center Agents in the Madison, WI area. This position is ONSITE only. Right individual for this role will be able to provide specialized customer service with inbound calls from healthcare customers. The primary focus on the role is to provide an immediate solution to requests and inquiries while providing some administrative assistance as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage an influx of inbound calls daily
Be able to resolve inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
Maintain metrics on a monthly basis
Document demographic and other information into the system
Document all contacts for reporting and tracking purposes
Confirm customer contact information and update records
Handle other clerical and admin duties as requested
Qualifications:
Ability to do data entry efficiently into the computer system
Able to communicate clearly when speaking to customers
Provide a positive customer experience on the calls
Able to work independently
Understanding of medical terminology preferred
Experience
1+ year of Customer Service and Call Center Experience
1+ year working in an office setting
1+ year in Healthcare (office/data entry setting)
Education: High School Degree
Hours: Shifts vary on 1st, 2nd and 3rd
Location: Madison, WI – Onsite facility
Work Type: Contract-to-hire
Pay: $16.00/hr. and up depending on shift and hours
