Contact Center Agent
Ajilon is seeking Contact Center Agents for a healthcare client in the Madison area. This is an in-office position that offers growth opportunities to take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound calls
Assist customers with provider and physician inquiries and questions
Enter customer demographic data
Document all calls for tracking purposes and follow-up
Maintain company metrics
Update customer contact information and records
Assist with administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
1+ year of call center or customer service experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Great verbal and written communication
Strong data entry and typing skills
Organized and detail orientated
Positive attitude, high energy individual
Hours: 5 days, 40 hours a week. Different 8 hour shifts are available ranging from 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Sunday.
Location: In-office position
Work Type: Contract-to-hire
Pay: $16.00 an hour (possible increase depending on shift and hours)
