Job Title: Contact Center Representative

Hire: Temporary minimum 3 months - could extend  

Department: Call Center/ Customer Service

Pay rate: Min ($15) Max ($17)

Start: ASAP

Experience: Moderate

Location: Lawrenceville, NJ 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Data entry, annotation and review of documentation submitted for various Verus administered projects.
  • Communicates with claimants, law firms, and vendors according to documented procedures.
  • Contacts claimants via various outreach methods, including telephone, email, and chat to obtain/verify information specific to outstanding claims.
  • Maintains acceptable levels of productivity, quality and accuracy.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, filing, and contacting claimants.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years' experience in a call center environment
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite and willingness to learn company specific programs
  • Ability to clearly communicate via phone and written communications
  • Willingness to work extended hours as necessary to meet the needs of the business
