Ajilon is looking for Contact Tracers to slow the spread of COVID-19. This role entails investigating situations in which individuals may have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19. The Contact Tracer will identify and call these individuals to collect information, provide education on quarantine, and explain the steps involved in monitoring health.
Interviewing confirmed patients via telephone and asking relevant questions.
Call newly diagnosed Covid-19 patients to gather information, connecting professionally and with empathy
Contacting everyone that has been in close contact with that patient and educating them on signs, symptoms and procedures to follow.
Collect and record information on demographics, certain symptoms, current health status, and possible high-risk settings
High volume data entry
Keep information confidential
Additional tasks as needed
Previous Healthcare background and experience preferred but not required
3+ years of relevant Customer Service experience in a call center environment
Excellent communication/phone etiquette
Accurate & fast typing skills required
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Reliable and dependable personality
$18hr.+ dependent on depth of experience
Remote work, teleworking from your residence. There may be a need to travel occasionally to conduct in-person interviews
Must complete a 3 hour unpaid training course-Required
