We are working with a well-established Electric company to hire a Contract Administrator! This individual will support the CFO and their team with different types of contract processing and logging. The ideal candidate will be a strong Administrative professional with proven attention to detail.   • Pay: $24-$26
  • Location: 100% On-Site in Portland, OR
  • Duration: Temp-to-Hire
  • Shift: Full Time, M-F


  • Receive, process, and log contracts
  • Create summary documents and send for approval
  • Receive, process, and document orders for changes
  • Receive and log subcontract requests as well as change orders
  • Be a point of contact for business partners
  • Other tasks as assigned by the CFO's team


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Excellent organization and time-management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel required
  • Experience with construction or electrician contracts preferred
