Contract Customer Solutions Specialist
Ajilon is hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist, for a thriving company in Nashville, TN! The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Administrative and Customer Service experience. Account Management experience would be ideal! This is a temporary assignment only, and will start as soon as early next week!
- Support the Retail/Customer Service team with all administrative support
- Track freight shipments and gather freight information for various customers
- Assist with billing and financial reporting
- Update the internal database and log all correspondence with customers/clients
- Additional projects/duties as needed

- 2+ years of Administrative or Customer Service experience required
- Must have solid technical skills, including MS Office Suite and Excel
- Strong written/verbal communication skills are a must
- HS Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
