Contract Customer Solutions Specialist


Ajilon is hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist, for a thriving company in Nashville, TN! The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Administrative and Customer Service experience. Account Management experience would be ideal! This is a temporary assignment only, and will start as soon as early next week! 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Retail/Customer Service team with all administrative support
  • Track freight shipments and gather freight information for various customers
  • Assist with billing and financial reporting
  • Update the internal database and log all correspondence with customers/clients
  • Additional projects/duties as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Administrative or Customer Service experience required
  • Must have solid technical skills, including MS Office Suite and Excel
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills are a must
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
