Ajilon is seeking an on-site contract HR Admin/Recruiter to support HR staff. 


Essential functions: 

  • Admin support, new hire processing, and onboarding 
  • Scheduling candidate interviews
  • Process paper work and candidate communication
  • Backup recruiting, administering reports and updating spreadsheets  


  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience  
  • 2 years of admin experience 
  • 2 years of customer service or sales experience 
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Etc.
