Position is On-Site
30-34 an hour
temp to hire. looking for someone that wants to be there permanently.
Someone that can deal with a variety of personalities.
Sense of urgency
Self-starter, not requiring constant supervision. Asks questions rather than provide reasons.
Contract administration, bid preparation, preparation of submittals, notarization of documents, etc.
All tasks essential to processing contracts and providing administrative support for a large, busy construction firm.
Roles and responsibilities of a Project Administrative Assistant include
Maintain an efficient work environment and a sense of urgency.
Possess the ability to deal with the public in a professional manner.
Provide support to Project Managers/Estimators.
Possess the ability to prioritize.
. Set-up/Process/Maintain Job Files
. Prepare Bid Documents
. Maintain Bid Schedule daily
. Check government site, FedBizOpps.gov, as required for bidding opportunities
. Project File Organization
Prepare deposits electronically to Wells Fargo
Order Certificates of Insurance
Set up projects on company software
Monitor and distribute efaxes.
The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, multi-task is essential.
Prior construction admin experience a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite required (Excel, Word).
