Do you have a passion for Talent Acquisition? Ajilon is seeking a Corporate Recruiter with 2 or more years of experience for a hybrid Talent Acquisition and Development role with our global client in the Austin, TX area. As an experienced member of the team, you will have a direct impact on building and managing the talent landscape locally and globally for this fast-paced company.


  • Manage the selection process for both project and individual recruitments.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and plan for current and future hiring requirements, create a recruitment plan for individual roles.
  • Actively source via LinkedIn. Review and assess job applications against criteria agreed on during intake calls.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition internally to share best practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify current and future hiring requirements, creating a recruitment plan for each role.
  • Create recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Actively source via external o such as LinkedIn as well as promote internal candidate applications.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions. Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening in line with our global recruitment process.
  • Review and assess job applications against criteria agreed during intake calls.
  • Provide weekly reports to hiring managers and key stakeholders outlining KPIs.
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Interest in Talent Development
  • Related Degree (Experience either in-house or agency will be considered in place of Degree)
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • High level of experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
