Our client is seeking a Customer Insight Analyst for their Denver, Colorado headquarters location. The Customer Insight Analyst will help improve the total customer experience through analyzing company data, working with various departments and heading process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will possess 4 or more years of project management and analytical experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. Customer Insight Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Research and address root cause of any issues in the customer experience
  • Work with various departments to improve total customer experience and achieve optimal customer experience  
  • Manage a small team
  • Be voice of the customer through analysis, research, using data-driven insights and driving improvements
  • Partner with customer service, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales & marketing in collecting data, problem-solving, and leading process improvement projects
  • Assess data from various channels using ERP, CRM, and other systems
  • Make recommendations on processes and drive projects to maximize efficiency
  • Drive process change initiatives and quality-focused goals
  • Prepare reports, analyze results and present recommendations and action plans
  • Refine and develop systems
  • Proactively engage with department heads and process owners to address issues, gaps in product and service
  • Customer Insight Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related area of study preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience in project management, process improvement and analytical positions
  • 2+ years of people management or leadership experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, IF/THEN) required
  • Industry experience in manufacturing and large consumer goods strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to interpret and synthesize data and make recommendations, process-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with various departments
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships and working cross-functionally across an organization
  • Experience reading engineering drawings a plus  
  • A passion for being active and valuing fitness is preferred

    This position is based in Denver, Colorado. The position can be in-office or a hybrid of in-office and remote. Candidates must be in Denver Metro Area.


    The salary hiring range is $60,000-80,000 DOE, plus bonus and full benefits.
