Customer Relations Representative (Bilingual) BH
Ajilon is actively seeking a Spanish speaking Customer Relations Representative for an exciting contract with a legal company in Seattle, WA. We’re looking for someone with 1 year or more experience in a call center setting to conduct a high volume of calls, track inquiries, escalate calls, and enter relevant data into the system. The ideal candidate is an active listener that can ask probing questions to ensure customers’ questions and concerns are addressed accurately and completely.
Answer incoming calls, check voicemail, and make outgoing calls.
Distribute or escalate calls to appropriate personnel.
Work closely with departments to assist with customer service issues and/or grievances.
Document each call accurately and thoroughly to support follow-up conversations conducted by internal partners.
Follow-up on referrals and research escalated phone calls.
Enter data accurately and efficiently.
Perform special projects and assignments, as assigned.
Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos.
Must be able to read and interpret documents containing information such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Able to write clearly and effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to quickly master proprietary and vended software applications.
