Customer Service Manager (Bilingual Spanish)

Ajilon is seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Manager to join a growing company located in Irvine, CA. This position is direct hire, on-site, full-time and comes with excellent benefits. Our ideal candidate will have strong typing and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handles all management and customer service inquiries
  • Provides leadership and support to employees
  • Manages all interviewing and hiring needs
  • Conducts employee reviews and request
  • Trains all new employees according to company policy
  • Attends meetings and educates staff on company’s policies
  • Up-dates employees’ information
  • Handles all call volume and email correspondence
  • Oversees the department and daily functions
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish
  •  

    Skills:

  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  •  

    Experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a call center, customer service or managerial experience
  •  

    Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually depending on experience PLUS benefits

     

    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Direct hire, Located in Irvine, CA

     

    Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
