Customer Service Manager position near Darien, IL

We’re looking for an experience managerial-level customer service professional to manage a small call center team of five (5). Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of customer service experience where they led others, conducted call quality audits, and provided leadership in a variety of ways.


  • Manage a small team of five (5) inbound call center representatives
  • Train/coach CSR’s on call quality and general customer service principals (appointment scheduling, quoting, follow-up, etc.)
  • Assist representatives during high volume call times and for escalated calls
  • Work with the marketing department to strategize market penetration effectiveness
  • Schedule appointments for service technicians to assist customers


  • 3 – 5 years of customer service experience (with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role managing a team of five (5) or more)
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit leadership qualities and communicate professionally to customers and colleagues (personality is extremely important)
  • Experience within a metric-driven call center a major plus (dealing with call quality audits, call volume, etc.)
  • Experience with appointment scheduling, price quoting, order processing, customer satisfaction follow-up is highly preferred
  • Customer service experience within the construction/renovation/home maintenance industry will be prioritized
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus

    Hours of Operation:

  • Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Compensation & Benefits:

  • $38,000 - $40,000 (Depending on (Industry) Experience & Skillset)
