Customer Service Representative, Aurora IL

 

One of our clients is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. This is a Contract to Hire position.


Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-4:30 PM, Saturday 11-3


Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volume of inbound calls
  • Help track packages for customers
  • Assign truckloads
  • Answer questions regarding shipments for customer

 

Requirements:

  • At least one year of Call Center Experience
  • Ability to conduct self in a professional manner over the phone
  • Ability to work well on a team and multitask
