Traditional Customer Service Representative
Ajilon is conducting interviews on behalf of a manufacturing company with an office in Chandler. This company is looking for an in-office Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position’s schedule will be: Monday thru Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm Fri - 8am - 12pm.
In this role, you will support customers by providing information and materials in response to customer inquiries, issuing RMAs, fulfilling loaner requests, and closing customer orders. You will also be responsible for closing warranty orders and following up with customers on open RMAs add outstanding loaner instruments.
Additional duties include:
Issue RMAs to customers
Arrange loaner instruments for customers who request them
Close repair orders
Follow-up with customer/sales representative on instruments needing excessive repair
Update customer on instrument status as needed
Close all warrant/extended warranty orders
Process orders for timely delivery
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Knowledge of domestic shipping protocols
Knowledge of the MS Office Suite of Programs
