Customer Service Representative (Recent Grad)
Ajilon is currently hiring enthusiastic recent grads looking to work in customer service roles with exciting companies in Richmond, VA. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time contract positions, some with the potential to become permanent roles.
Starting in a contract role is a great way to get your foot into the door. Our clients are looking for reliable candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Respond to inbound calls and/or conduct outbound calls
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and effectively
- Effectively communicate resolution options
- Accurately document customer calls and inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service
- High School or equivalent degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Eagerness to learn new skills
