Ajilon is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for innovative companies located in Nashville, TN! The ideal candidate has experience processing high-volume calls and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an impressive work-life balance and work culture! - Directly support the Customer Service Manager with various projects and tasks
- Process high-volume inbound calls and provide top tier customer service
- Assist with billing/invoice inquiries
- Log all forms of communication and perform heavy data entry
- Additional projects as needed
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience, in a call center environment
- HS Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
