Customer Service Representative
Directly support the Customer Service Manager with various projects and tasks
Process high-volume inbound/outbound calls and provide top tier customer service
Assist with billing/invoice inquiries
Schedule service appointments and follow-up with customers regarding their satisfaction rate
Log all forms of communication and perform heavy data entry
Additional projects as needed
Ajilon is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for various companies throughout the Nashville area! The ideal candidate has experience processing high-volume inbound/outbound calls and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an impressive work-life balance and work culture! These are contract to hire opportunities and will interview immediately.
1+ year of Customer Service experience, in a call center environment
HS Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
Strong written/verbal communication skills required
