We’re looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join the team of one of our clients who is launching a new location in West Palm Beach, Florida. Responsibilities include but is not limited to

  • Welcome calls to new customers
  • Responding to a variety of customer questions related to their accounts
  • Manag inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Some collections


  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Call center and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
  • Bilingual English and Spanish


  • The ideal candidate would be one who is articulate
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Polite and a quick learner
  • Possesses good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work and communicate with all company departments as well as working independently with limited supervision

Compensation: Based upon experience
