Manufacturing company in the San Gabriel Valley is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
- Providing support to Customers, Distributors and Channel Partners
- Processing orders and customer inquiries via phone and email resolving routine customer complaints and issues
- Serve as vital communication link between customers and sales crew
- Track order activity
- 4 years' experience in exceeding customer's expectations
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills(verbal and written)
- Microsoft Office Word and Excel proficiency
- The ability to multitask and work closely with a team Attention to detail AND Organizational skills
- SAP experience is highly preferred.
- Associate's degree is highly preferred
