Ajilon is in search of strong customer service representatives to work alongside a GROWING company within the online education industry.
We are looking for someone to make a huge impression on customers and clients calling in with questions. This awesome customer advocate will assit clients via phone, email, web-chat and virtually!

Completes both inbound and outbound calls specific
Document call, provide appropriate follow-up
Assist with any distrubution questions
Help via webchat, video (virtually) and by email.
Provide follow up as needed
Ability to take around 40-80 calls a day
Thrive in a fast paced environment
Ensure lines of business are identified and met within the first initial call
Provide information about rewards points
Assist with any web technical difficulties
Eager to learn and succeed mentality
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years’ experience in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to work both in as a team and independently
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office, (MS word, Excel and outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Flexibility to work an 8-hour schedule between the hours of 12AM to 11:59PM 7 days a week
Possibly work from home scenario - high speed internet, work station area and flexibility required. (in office for now)
