Ajilon is partnering with our client in the health and wellness industry to fill their open Customer Service position in San Diego. To qualify, you must possess at least two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in the health and wellness industry. This a very large company who are looking for customer representatives who want to be a positive and professional face for their clients. You will earn between $15-16 per hour in this temporary job opportunity.
-Organizing and filing documents by the company’s guidelines
-Updating client profiles thoroughly
-Answering client questions and concerns
-Having full knowledge of the site in which you will be working
-Working with the rest of the customer service representatives to complete necessary tasks
-Working with sensitive information
-Two years of experience as a customer service representative in the Health and Wellness industry
-Degree preferred but not required
-Strong and professional personality
-Ability to work well with a team
