Customer Service Representative
Ajilon is partnering with a leading energy company to fill their open Customer Service Representative job in the Downtown area of San Diego, CA. To qualify, you MUST possess at least three years of recent, relevant experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally be bilingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Spanish. This company offers a highly upgraded work environment and plenty of room for growth and advancement in your career. You will earn up to $21.50 per hour in this TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity. Once you are a permanent employee of this company, you will be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package.
-Answering 60-80 phone calls per day from customers
-Assisting customers with inquiries regarding their billing history and services rendered
-Managing and updating customer information in the database
-Documenting customer interactions in the database
-All other related tasks as required
-At least three years of recent, relevant experience in a customer service role
-Previous experience in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
-Fluency in Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Spanish HIGHLY PREFERRED
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
