Ajilon is partnering with a well-established client in San Diego. They are seeking a Full Time, Customer Service Representative. An ideal candidate will be reliable, detail oriented and have a positive attitude.
Helpfully and patiently handle customer issues and concerns
Explain product features and services
Use script to respond to customer inquiries and verify account holder identity
Enter info into database accurately
Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office
1-2 years of Customer Service experience
1-2 years experience in a call center (preferred)
Familiar with Banking or Financial industry (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Can be available as soon as possible
Accountable, self motivated and strong work ethic
