Part Time Customer Service Representative
Ajilon is working with a client located near Princeton, New Jersey to hire a part time Customer Service Representative. This is a contract position with starting hourly pay between $12.00-14.00. This is a great opportunity to communicate with customers and further develop your skills.
Primary responsibilities will include placing outbound calls and gathering relevant information.

Place a high volume of outbound phone calls and emails and answer inquiries
Gather information from clients and enter information into database
Update client information on online forms and database
Serve as main contact for questions or concerns
1+ year of customer service related experience
Professional telephone etiquette and communication skills
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Bilingual a plus
