Customer Service Representative

Is responsible for providing excellent Customer Service in accordance with the mission and purpose of the company
Provides information to individuals on the phone and in response to inquiries; performs data entry of personal information (name, address, source, email, phone number, etc), transfer calls to the Admissions team member and assigns the information to the advisor. Maintains related records/information on calls and distribution
To handle high volume inbound and outbound calls
Compliance with all company policies.
Meets performance requirement goals trained during training and reminders.
Place outbound follow-up calls updating notes in file.
Assist customers with any pre-repair questions and support.
General office assistance as needed.
High School Diploma Required
At least two or more years in a call center environment
Experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plus
Must have great communication skills
Must have the ability to work in high pressure environments
