Customer Service Representative

Ajilon has a contract opening for a CS Representative located in Lawrenceville, NJ area. This individual must have at least one or more years of experience in a customer service role and have acted as a client liaison.

  • Acts as customer liaison
  • Collaborates with sales representative and CSR’s to maintain customer profile
  • Process shipment and/or orders
  • Must exhibit the ability to multi-task and stay organized while having critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess a friendly and professional demeanor in order to give the best experience to all customers and clients
  • Provide excellent day-to-day customer service to agents, clients, and Field Management, either in person, over the phone, or through electronic communication
  • Support agency management in the on-boarding of new agents
  • Participate in event planning for training sessions, kick-off events and other meetings
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
  • At least one or more years of experience in a similar role
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Must exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must work well in a team environment
