Customer Services Representative Job in NYC
Our client, a cosmetics company in NYC, is looking for a Customer Services Representative for their team. This individual will be lasing with different internal brands to respond to customer questions and requests in different regions of the US. This position requires someone with experience using Zendesk and Shopify.
- Respond to requests and inquiries on deliveries from clients
- Place purchase orders for specific marketing materials
- Provide internal customer service support
- Monitor and update product inventory
- Service oriented: This person should have some form of client/customer service experience
- Project Management: This position requires project management skills and ability to resolve issues.
- Communication: This person must have superb written and oral communication skills
- Technical: This person must have experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
