Ajilon has an exciting Customer Service Representative opportunity with a rapidly growing technology company in Frisco! The perfect candidate will have an awesome attitude, excellent critical thinking skills, and will contribute to the family-like environment that this company has worked to create.


  • Knowledgably answer both internal and external calls while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Work alongside the technology support team to resolve customer issues
  • Work through and complete service tickets and keep customer records up to date
  • Demonstrate independent decision-making skills


  • 1+ year in an administrative or customer service representative capacity
  • Experience in a finance or technology environment is a plus
  • Bachelors’ degree preferred
