- Knowledgably answer both internal and external calls while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Work alongside the technology support team to resolve customer issues
- Work through and complete service tickets and keep customer records up to date
- Demonstrate independent decision-making skills
- 1+ year in an administrative or customer service representative capacity
- Experience in a finance or technology environment is a plus
- Bachelors’ degree preferred
