Ajilon is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for a client in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and workplace efficiency, as well as a high level of attention to detail. This position requires an individual who can work at a fast pace while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
Provide excellent customer service across the board
Answer incoming calls regarding customer accounts
Help new customers set up accounts
Process payments and check in on late payments
Professional communication both in person, over the phone, and through email and memos
Call center experience is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish and English would also be a plus
Some college is preferred but not required
Minimum of 2 years in a call center/ customer service role
On-site (potential to be remote if necessary), 40 hours per week
