Ajilon is working with a manufacturing company in the Fort Worth, TX area seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist their corporate team. Our client is seeking someone with at least 3 years of  administrative or customer service experience. If you are looking to expand your experience and grow with a great company please keep reading.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Inbound/outbound calls from/to wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and sales representatives
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Process orders for customers
  • New customer account set up
  • Interact with the sales representatives to provide necessary information.
  • Liaison between company and manufacturing suppliers and distributors as needed.
  • Have knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various literature, as required.
  • Processing of purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notification data and invoicing all orders.
  • Mailing customer invoices
  • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must have Excel pivot tables and formatting
  • Must have ERP system knowledge
  • Must have EDI system knowledge
  • Detail-oriented
  • Analyzing Information; good with numbers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Education and/or Experience: 

  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service and or medical industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
