Ajilon is working with a manufacturing company in the Fort Worth, TX area seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist their corporate team. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Inbound/outbound calls from/to wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and sales representatives
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
Process orders for customers
New customer account set up
Interact with the sales representatives to provide necessary information.
Liaison between company and manufacturing suppliers and distributors as needed.
Have knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various literature, as required.
Processing of purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notification data and invoicing all orders.
Mailing customer invoices
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have Excel pivot tables and formatting
Must have ERP system knowledge
Must have EDI system knowledge
Analyzing Information; good with numbers
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multi-task
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in customer service and or medical industry
High School Diploma or equivalent
