Ajilon is hiring for a customer service representative with great organizational skills for a contract to hire opportunity in Largo, FL. The position is working for a busy call center assisting members with health assesments.
Responsibilities:
Outbound "soft sales" calls
Scheduling members for health assesment appointments
Accurately document feedback during each call
Assist with other tasks as needed
Experience:
Experience within a call center - 1-2 years
High school diploma/GED
Skills:
Ability to multi-task
Strong Customer service
Working Hours:
8:00AM - 5:00PM
Monday-Friday
40 hours a week
