Ajilon is working with a client in Philadelphia that is seeking a new customer service representative to add to their team.  This is an exciting position with excellent benefits - medical covered 100%.  You will be processing insurance claims and handling customer inquiries, which means somebody with prior customer service experience in an insurance or medical setting would be ideal. 


• Process claims for customers 

• Update and navigate online database to provide customers with information 

• Be able to think on your feet and problem solve

• Answer all customer questions and concerns as needed 


• 1 year of customer service-related experience required, within insurance preferred

• Strong computer skills 

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail 


• High school Diploma required 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
