Ajilon is partnering with a leading utility company in the Denver area to fill a TEMP-TO-HIRE Customer Service Representative position. The best candidate will have at least one year of recent, relevant call center experience and be confident providing exceptional customer service. The client will provide 6 weeks of on-the-job training so you have all of the tools to be successful in this position! This temporary role will last 3-4 months and could result in a permanent position depending on your performance. During the temporary period, you will be eligible to sign up for Ajilon’s benefits programs.

Location: Onsite in Denver, CO.
Answering a high volume of phone calls and providing customer service
Assisting customers with resolving issues regarding their bills
Documenting customer interactions in the database
Escalating issues to supervisors as needed
All other related tasks as required
At least one year of recent, relevant experience providing excellent customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent attention to detail
Basic knowledge of standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
The ability to manage multiple responsibilities
The ability to work in a team
