Ajilon is partnering with a renewable energy company to find a Customer Support Specialist for their San Diego office! Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience. This company offers a family-oriented, tight knit environment, a ton of growth potential and competitive benefits.

This is a Temp-To-Hire position that pays $21.50 hourly and position will be REMOTE until further notice. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers, typically escalated calls or billing related inquiries
  • Return & follow up on calls from voicemail
  • Review and resolve call center-related tasks, reports, and CRM activities daily
  • Review and provide call quality assurance feedback for internal and third party calls
  • Follow-up daily with internal team to support timely and accurate customer service communication to clients and customers
  • Accurately entering customer data in CRM
  • Assisting with clerical tasks through-out office as needed
  • Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Analytical with information files
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Ability to learn and become proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
