Ajilon is working with a well-known retail client in the Carrollton area on a Customer Service Specialist position. This is a great way to get in with a large international brand on their local team! The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and personable demeanor and a can-do attitude.
Responding to common customer questions and assist them with any technical, quality assurance, or product issues they might have
Process orders through Shopify and Oracle
Keep the team updated on any issues related to the online store or reoccurring customer issues to make sure the proper steps are taken
Manage the online store processes if it goes down; handle order placing, payments, and responding to customer queries
Experience with Zendesk and Shopify is a huge plus
Experience with an ecommerce platform is a must
Detail oriented and customer focused mindset
Flexible and outgoing personality
Be able to manage problems individually, but also work well with the tight-knit team
