We are looking for a candidate with a passion for the healthcare industry with strong commitment to the goals & mission and of the organization! The ideal candidate would have at least 1 years of medical supervisory experience.
Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities:
Open office for the day Greet patients and visitors as they arrive
Oversight of day-to-day activities such as patient check-in and check-out, patient scheduling, verification of insurance benefits
Front office staff training and development
Act as liaison with other office management and physicians
Minimum 3 years experience in the healthcare industry
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
High school degree or higher education required
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
