Ajilon is working with a client located in Scottsdale, AZ that is looking for an entry-level Customer Service to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have great customer service over the phone and through email correspondences. If you are interested and available for immediate work, apply today be considered for this rewarding opportunity. Full-Time Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position is $14-$15 per hour and we pay weekly!
-Process inbound/outbound calls
-Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers
-Troubleshoot any order processing issues
-Verify customer information including name, address, and payment info
-HS Diploma required
-Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
-Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
-Must have good customer service skills!
-1 year of customer service experience required
-Proficient in MS Office Suite
